Bikes & Breakfast Eldersburg has joined the fun!

Bikes & Breakfast Eldersburg kicked off its first Bikes & Breakfast, and what a great time it was! I will let Rick Sullivan, our Bikes & Breakfast Eldersburg Founder and host tell you in his words -

Ok, here is a brief recap from the first Bikes & Breakfast Eldersburg.

Unbelievable is all I can say. I was anticipating maybe 25 to 50 bikes, not close to 200! I will be posting photos/videos from the event tomorrow (Monday), others have already posted some, but initially, it was…

…FANTASTIC, and thanks so much to everyone who attended today!

It was much more than I could have honestly anticipated for a first-time event, and beyond that, a special thanks must go out to Wawa and the staff at this location for allowing us to host this event there on their property. To all the riders, again, thanks so much…Bikes & Breakfast Poolesville, Bikes and Breakfast-Maryland, Bikes & Breakfast Clifton, Bob Henig, and his staff of Bob’s BMW for attending and everyone else! Steve Rosko, Chris Trader, and John Esposito from the Bikes and Breakfast committee, including Jim Brown of Poolesville for his assistance, Bob Tyson (the HD historian), Jay Block (the motorcycle lawyer ), and all who attended a heartfelt thank you! A special thanks must go out to a close and dear friend, Jim Byrd (the referee), who provided the “Drone” overhead video coverage!

It was chilly this morning, but you all showed up for our first Bikes & Breakfast Eldersburg, and I salute you all! This is only the beginning. I tried to get around and meet you all personally, the various clubs and groups, and if I didn’t get to you, you are not forgotten, and bless you for taking the time out of your schedules to join us today. The variety of bikes was phenomenal, and the common denominator was again all about motorcycles.

The conversations that I was directly involved with and/or overheard were definitely so enjoyable and entertaining! Old relationships were renewed, while new friendships were established by many!

Again, I thank you all personally and look forward to future gatherings...

Stay safe, always enjoy the ride, and remember, don’t hide them; ride them…… — feeling happy.
