Bikes & Breakfast Old Town Alexandria was for the dog!
Miserable is all we could say
We got up at the first sun and took the animal out to pee, and it was cold and drizzly. We looked at each other and said we would be late, so we would let the roads dry off for about an hour. I got all geared up, with heated gear and a rain suit. Zeek was packed up in his backpack, threw him over the shoulder, and headed out to get on the bike and head to Old Town Alexandria. As I gave the Harley the 52-second courtesy warm-up, it started to pour, so I said, “Zeek F**k this we' ’re taking the truck.” We headed over to old town Alexandria, and I thought Kat (Red Kawi 650 Duel Sport")would definitely come out. Still, even this weather was too much for her, so we enjoyed a cup of coffee and talked to a few people. No one else showed up after about two hours, the lowest participation Bikes & Breakfast Old Town Alexandria has ever had. We headed home, and just as we pulled out, it started to pour again, so I guess it was good that we came in the truck.
